In a clean and dust-free room, whether it is a high air volume high-efficiency air filter installed at the end of the purification air conditioning unit or a high-efficiency air filter installed at the high-efficiency air supply outlet, accurate operation time records and cleanliness and air volume are necessary as replacement criteria. Under normal usage, the service life of high-efficiency filters can be as long as one year or more. If the front-end protection is done well, the service life of high-efficiency filters can be as long as two years or more without any problems. Of course, this also depends on the quality of the high-efficiency air filter, which may be even longer.

The high-efficiency filter without partition is composed of waterproof and flame-retardant glass fiber filter paper or PP high-efficiency filter material. The filter material is fixed on a lightweight acid sand aluminum extruded frame with an amino vinegar adhesive. A sprayed protective mesh can be installed on both the inlet and outlet surfaces to protect the filter paper from damage. The lightweight and compact design makes it easy to install in open enclosures, fan dispensers, and cleanrooms. The outer frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles, stainless steel plates, or galvanized plates, sealed with environmentally friendly polyurethane sealant.
