Airflow organization design: Adopt unidirectional flow (laminar flow) or non unidirectional flow (turbulent flow) methods, and arrange the positions of the air supply and return ports reasonably. 3. Plan layout optimization: Follow the three zone principle of "clean zone buffer zone non clean zone" to avoid cross contamination. 2、 Construction of enclosure structure 1 Wall system: 50mm thick machine made rock wool color steel plate is used, and special aluminum alloy profiles are used to seal the joints. The internal and external corners are treated with circular arcs. 2. Ceiling system: Install FFU (fan filter unit) or high-efficiency air supply outlet, and the ceiling keel needs to be dust-proof treated. 3. Ground treatment: Lay 2mm thick PVC conductive floor or epoxy self leveling floor, with a resistance value controlled between 10 ^ 6-10 ^ 9 Ω. 3、 Installation of air conditioning purification system 1 Duct production: Galvanized steel plate bite connection is used, and the inner wall needs to be polished smooth without burrs. After installation, air leakage detection is required. 2.
