3. Maintenance of air filters

The air filter in the air purification system is a key component in maintaining a clean environment.

The maintenance of filters is a major expense, but it is necessary.

The replacement cycle of filters is usually 1-3 months, depending on the usage and manufacturer's recommendations.

Before replacing the filter, the clean room must be thoroughly cleaned and wiped to ensure that the replacement process does not introduce new sources of pollution.

4. Daily cleaning

The daily cleaning of the cleanroom purification workshop includes picking up ground garbage, arranging them in the order of the production line from inside to outside, and cleaning glass, shelves, etc.

Before entering the cleanroom purification workshop, the cleaning personnel should change into specialized anti-static clothing, wear masks, and enter the cleanroom after passing through the air shower and dust removal process.

5. Maintenance under special circumstances

In some cases, such as before production and after seven consecutive days of production, the outer cover of the air outlet should be removed and taken to the cleaning room of the sanitary ware for separate and meticulous brushing.
