Medical cleanroom cleaning technology is applied in healthcare institutions such as hospitals and health centers, especially in leukemia treatment rooms, burn wards, surgical wards, ICU intensive care units, etc. Air purification technology is adopted according to specific conditions to prevent bacterial contamination in the air and control parameters such as temperature, humidity, microbial concentration, and noise in the treatment environment. Thus achieving a comfortable and safe treatment and nurturing environment.

The design of such clean rooms refers to the "Technical Specification for Hospital Clean Operating Department Buildings" (GB50333-2002), which stipulates that there are four levels of operating rooms: Level I, Level II, Level III, and Level IV. Each level has different parameter requirements for static and dynamic conditions. According to the production process requirements, there are four levels of clean areas: Level I is a special clean room, which usually includes important sterile surgeries such as joint replacement, organ transplantation, neurosurgery, and cardiac surgery. Cleanliness requirements: Surgical area: Level 5 (Level 100), peripheral area: Level 6 (Level 1000).

The laminar flow system must provide uniform air supply in its working area, with a wind speed of 0.36-0.54m/s (guidance value), and there should be data to prove the state of laminar flow, which must be verified; Grade II is a standard clean room, usually used for all sterile surgeries such as thoracic surgery, plastic surgery, urology, orthopedics, etc. Its cleanliness requirements are: surgical area: Grade 6 (Grade 1000), peripheral area: Grade 7 (Grade 10000).

Grade III is a general clean room, usually used for general surgery (excluding Class I incision surgery), obstetrics and gynecology, and other surgeries. Its cleanliness requirement is Grade 8.3 (Grade 100000). Grade IV is a quasi clean room, usually used for surgeries such as proctology and pollution. Its cleanliness requirements are: surgical area: Grade 7 (Grade 10000), peripheral area: Grade 8 (Grade 100000). The temperature should be between 20-24 ℃, and the relative humidity should be between 45% and 60%; The temperature for Class D air cleanliness is 18-26 ℃, and the relative humidity should be 45% -65%. The cleanliness of its auxiliary cleanrooms corresponds to a level, and these cleanrooms generally maintain positive indoor pressure.
