HEPA filters are widely used in cleanroom air conditioning terminal supply outlets across industries such as optics, LCD manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, precision instruments, food & beverage, and PCB printing. Under normal use, HEPA filter lifespan exceeds one year; with good pre-filtration, it can last over two years, depending on filter quality and possibly longer.

     Mini-pleat HEPA filters use waterproof, flame-retardant fiberglass or PP media, fixed to lightweight aluminum extruded frames with amino acetate adhesive. Both inlet and outlet sides can feature sprayed protective mesh to prevent media damage. Their lightweight, compact design allows easy installation in open housings, fan filter units, and clean benches. Frames are made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or galvanized steel, sealed with eco-friendly polyurethane adhesive.
