The weighing booth is a localized purification device specially used in pharmaceutical, microbiological research, and scientific experiments. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow to purify specific areas, with air circulating in the work zone and partially exhausted to adjacent areas, creating negative pressure to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a high-cleanliness environment.
Weighing and dispensing powders or reagents inside the equipment controls spillage and upward dispersion, preventing inhalation hazards, avoiding cross-contamination, and protecting the external environment and personnel safety.
The weighing operation area is protected by Class A laminar flow.
1.2 Operating Environment and Conditions
Temperature: 5°C~40°C
Relative Humidity: ≤85% (non-condensing)
Atmospheric Pressure: 86kPa~106kPa
Power Supply: AC220V 50Hz
1.3 Safety Precautions
(1) Basic Safety
※ This weighing booth is for indoor use only; do not use outdoors.
※ Choose a floor or wall structure that can support the booth's weight, with a level installation surface.
※ Do not install the booth at an angle, as this may cause deformation or malfunctions.
※ Do not use in harsh environments such as low temperature, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, dust, oil mist, or chemical corrosion.
※ This booth is not explosion-proof; strictly avoid use in flammable or explosive atmospheres.
※ Do not rinse with water to prevent damage to electrical components or personal injury.
(2) Electrical Safety
※ Secure the booth in place before a professional performs wiring and power connection.
※ Before startup, verify that the rated voltage and frequency match the input power to avoid damaging components or causing fire. Reliable grounding is required for safe operation.
※ Connect the power cord correctly and securely to the terminal box, noting the phase.
※ Do not modify the electrical wiring without authorization.
※ Do not place heavy objects on or pinch the power cord to prevent fire or electric shock. Disconnect power during prolonged inactivity.
(3) Operational Safety
※ Do not repeatedly operate switches within one minute to avoid damaging control components.
※ Do not place items near the air inlet to avoid reducing airflow.
